I understand in Massachusetts, since my father did not leave a will, half of the estate would go to his spouse (my mother) and the other half would be divided between the children (my siblings, all adults) .

Any chance of single mothers with small children?

I am a mother of 5 and I recently lost my job because I had to start working nights, and it is hard and expensive to find child care for 5 children.

Most of my tenants are single families with children, so safety is a concern.

I am married to my lovely wife know well and I have two beautiful children Caleb 15 and Lydia 11. 

Some of my items are influenced by living in a hot, drought-ridden climate (southern california) and having things my children can get experience working on and be involved in the business.  

He wasn't flashing anyone and it was well past the time when children would have been around but it was just his luck that the wrong person saw it and pushed for that judgement.
