Mt name is Dwight Herman. I was born and raised in the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania area. I am married to my lovely wife know well and I have two beautiful children Caleb 15 and Lydia 11. I am an anesthesia provider by trade. Entrepreneur and creator by spirit.  I love to handcarve tobacco pipes, invent and fish in my spare time!!!!  I am always looking for multiple streams of income! Myself and five other partners started Texoma Rentals llc in April 2015. We primarily purchase single-family properties in the Sherman/Denison, Texas area.  We hold these properties as rentals. Right now we have 19 Doors in Texoma Rentals.  Our goal is to accumulate 200 doors within the next five years. We then plan to leverage those doors to get into multi family complexes .
