We love Central San Diego as our preferred area of investing: its close to our home, we know the values, we have tons of team member vendors to make our renovation and sale easy, and its extremely desirable.

The Air conditioning wasn't turned on before she came in and it was too hot (tried saving electricity no one in home).

Hello all, I am interested in possibly trying to purchase hunting land in the north central FL/southern GA area.

In the midwest, we have full basements, in my market central heat and air conditioning are a must to sell.
