Which for anyone keeping track means I essentially have nothing left for investing with.I figured I'd start out with a few single family homes as long term rentals though I'd also consider vacation rentals considering the area is popular for summer and winter activities.

Vacation houses over there are nice, and Airbnb businesses are good in the summer when people go fishing, crabbing, and surfing.However, there is no sign it'll be a rapid population growth anytime soon.
