If you need to hire a property manager you can, but you might just be able to handle it yourself if you have been so far.

The thing about arbitrage with a manager is that although I'll make less money on a single property with a hired manager than I would if I managed the property myself, I'll also save 99% of the work I'd otherwise have to do.

HI everyone, Im on my second house flip and I was thinking of hiring  daily workers ( carpenters, handymen , painters) for things that dont require permit pulling.

They are hired as former plumbers, electricians or whatever.

If you have high quality properties with high-quality tenants your management time will be almost zero so there is no need to decrease your profitability by hiring a manager. 

I'm looking to sell as I don't want to manage (or hire a manager) any longer and be a long distance manager/investor (I'm in CT). 

hmmmm, so you got the payout and then you hired a public adjuster? 

For example if the problem is with the wiring, you would almost certainly need to hire an electrician to do the work and then certify to whomever that it is now safe.

I work in construction but I wonder if there are companies out there looking to train or hire maybe part-time at first
