Focusing on what makes sense for you and your business plan while factoring in market conditions will land you good buys.

As with ANY business, knowing your customer is critical, because it will inform all sorts of important decisions (like the type of property you buy, how much you charge for rent, the types of amenities you offer, etc.).

If so, then you need to do a lot of market research and create a business plan, just like you would with any other business. 

You as a person can NOT post to their credit unless you have a business relationship with either Credit Bureau.

Its just the one percentage.Yeah, its nice that you have the low rate, but when you have a business opportunity, that's the way things go...
