I'm on call as a production assistant, basically just in the market for a new job right now . 

In the same series they post about how they wouldn't let the repair people or landlord on the premises and made multiple calls to code enforcement and county health department.  

I was told there were something like 1500+ agents in Asheville area alone... hopefully I can avoid cold calling up every office in the area and setting up meetings to feel each one out.

I like cold calling and solving problems so Im sure it will come.  

They will call you to collect info and then provide 3 agents for you to interview.

This is the only industry where its a GOOD thing to be called a hack!

You might try to just have your own management company where you are actively involved but get people with the title as assistant manager or something where they are absorbing all the calls and taking care of the routine duties and you are only brought it on important issues.  

Any and every lead that comes to your website should be called and followed up with. 

Eight units is also a lot of maintenance / phone calls if you're doing it yourself. 

They will probably call you but just let them know this is fair market value.
