As a real estate investor and business person, I'm not going to rely on appreciation to make up for a negative cash flow unless it's nothing down deal.

My business has been hindered over the few years since I do not have the guidance I crave for investor growth, legalities, etc,  and a recent event/comment has shown me I am no longer looked upon in a favorable light.

I have been approached by a company that focuses on business travelers for longer stays that would like to rent and furnish my place and then they would be renting it out on weekly/monthly basis.   

If someone wants to buy the business they may want to own the building also or they may want to buy the business but lease the building.
