I'm in Reno/Tahoe @Jack Zhuang and can tell you that Reno is booming!! 

While real estate internationally has experienced an exceptional boom since them as a result of the cheap money printing by the central banks, Italy's real estate prices went on a 15-year downward slope until the pandemic finally gave it a lift.

FL will continue to grow but areas like Lehigh Acres have been nothing more than a scam to sell lots since the 1950's (until the brief boom where it became a place to sell actual houses to suckers too).  

We are eyeing a guest house on the beach in Sri Lanka, an island I've been to 5 times now, and which is booming.

I live near a casino and have seen the economic boom it provides.  

Hey Keith,The demographic trends in the southeast are absolutely booming right now.

That area is Booming...But you guys have more competition than SA.

The economy there is boom right now, a lot of foreign investors are going in. 

The economy is booming up here right now.  

To me, i thought, buy a place, make sure your payments are lower than your rent to the point you can pay a manager, and pocket some money for repairs, and BOOM, you're in.
