Wholesaling in Southern California

I just wanted to know how much success people have had wholesaling in Southern California? I am currently working on executing my first wholesale deal in the Raleigh/Durham area in NC but will be living in Southern California for a few months starting in July. If anyone who has had success wholesaling in Southern California please let me know. I would love to hear about your success, as I would like to expand my business out west.

@Brandon Holcomb Good morning! If you're ever in the high desert market (Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley), give me a ring and we can link up.  The economy is booming up here right now.  Public projects are being constructed all over the place and new residential construction is picking up with a few schools being built in the last few years.

@Aaron Norris No kidding about those bandit signs!
