I know which are good/ bad from a renter's perspective and would be interested to know which are friendly to investors.Also, the school's student body grows larger each year. 2 year lag between incoming class and when they move off campus.

Honestly, this site and the podcasts are excellent ways to get a variety of opinions on a given topic to help you narrow your focus and start designing your business model.I am still on the hunt for my first flip <fingers crossed I am looking at a property tomorrow> but NOVA is challenge as I learned our foreclosure rates are really low.
