Found a company called "Realty Wired" at the address from the email  *3162 Johnson Ferry Rd Ste 260-108 Marietta GA 30062*Had multiple bad reviews about it being a scam.

Cashflow Meetups might be a good place to network with other like-minded investors, but realize scam artists attend these events also (as Willie Sutton once said, he robbed banks because that's where the money is).

Trust me, I was as anti-401k as humanly possible.

Any time someone tells you over 10% COC just run the other way it's either a scam or super high risk.

A scam is a scam regardless of who’s money is used.  

I am sure the feds want to track all person to person activities to catch terrorist groups from supporting anti capitalism actions.  

I am pro Good 401(k)s and anti Bad 401(k)s.The difference is night and day.

Lost all the houses, but made a lot of cash on the claims.It was a prevalent scam in our area.  

I guess I should have got the hint of a scam when they invited me to a training and didnt have any hotel details, agenda or nothing ..on top of that they charged me twice luckily my bank was able to stop payment before it got there from pending .glad I called bank after I signed up .then I tried to call their customer service number to find out more , it went straight to leave a message etc, didn't even ring like a normal customer service..I have never had an issue with any guru company.
