You also have to remember they are migratory and probably not concerned with keeping your house clean and in good repair like a family that is established in one location.I have accepted some of these in the past but I'm pretty picky.

We also accept section 8 and tenants on government assistance, which can sometimes be good as it is guaranteed income, but can also be not so great as usually these type of tenants have some issues staying up on rent payments.
