Reason why I am posting is because a division of my company, a household enterprise technology company, is undergoing a boom in hiring and we are bringing in 90% of the employees from out of state.

For instance, some areas are having a mini boom.

I'm calling it now, in a few years, you'll see a 20/20 or dateline show about the post housing boom corrupt REO agents.It looks like some banks are catching on though...as some require ALL offers to go through their online bid system directly from the buyers agent ($199 extra fee of course).

We also encourage most of our out of state/country buyers that it is a stable cash flow market and booming economically.

I would love to see Paterson booming like it used to in the 20th century.

For example, Houston and Wyoming were booming for the last several years, but recently have had a downturn due to the dropping of the oil price and the damage that's caused to the fracking industry.

And the boom is slowing...at least in the Pecos area..Best of luck to you as well!!
