West side?

There seems to be a large shift in technology from the West coast to the Southwest and Midewestern states.

However, if that is the case then I'd invest where I can get a better return like Phoenix, Las Vegas, or the mid west.

Purchase price: $521,000 Cash invested: $140,000 This is a three family on the west side of Manchester, NH.

I'm from the west coast so not sure exactly what your costs are, but I would not assume the construction cost on this to be less than $150/sf.

I need to check with them before throwing names out here but my biggest surprise was that in talking with Mountain West Bank about financing they offered me an HELOC at 75% of the purchase price without any seasoning period.
