Hello, you can get tax info from the county website and rental comps from a website I use called rentometer.com, it seems to be pretty accurate and seems to get better over time. otherwise there is good info all over the web especiallyon BP.

Are you viewing in standard web mode or mobile mode?

Is starting an LLC as easy as it sounds or are there special loop holes most web-sites don't tell you?

This takes some time, BUT you can do it systematically by building citations, social profiles and Web 2.0 properties.
