Thieves steal it, bring to to their storage place (along with your other stuff), and you put them in jail, recover your things.  

(This is a twice verification process)  I print out a copy of the entire lease agreement, e.g., I have one for me and one for the Tenant to keep for their records.

The fear I have is PM not wanting to to mange it, or the city pops me for having an elegal build, because the second home is not permitted, so it won’t pass any financing.
