I copied this from the Chicago RTLO which is attached to the CAR lease:-Before a landlord can deduct expenses for damages from the security deposit, the landlord must provide the tenant with an itemized statement of the damages within 30 days of the date the tenant vacates the dwelling unit.

I'd suggest reaching out to a property manager in the Houston area experienced in ren-by-the-room to see where this strategy works best & then work from there.

This often-overlooked city might just be a goldmine for cash flow-focused investors.

We had 2.2 months of inventory in August that is up from last years months of inventory of 1.4 months back in August 2023.We also have had a nice drop in mortgage rates the last several months so I am just hoping rates stay low and inventory increases even more so that we have a lot more real estate sales this winter. 

On the Ohio Division of Real Estate website his license is showing active atatus with EXP Realty.
