For me running the numbers and it seems like it won't make too much sense to buy a vacation condo with this very high fees OR I have to have a trusted face here to make sure that the work to manage the property is done correctly (if I choose a self-management option with that fixed fee kind of option).Any ideas or help is really appreciated as we either withdraw from the offer or proceed with it!

I remember people in April and May saying how slow the market was for spring  and how those good numbers didn’t mean anything, “that’s the past, wait for the summer numbers” they said they could feel the slowdown coming.

Maybe it is just me, but the time between teh tenants is when I take care of these small items, like touch up paint, verifying there's no drips in faucets, slow leaks on toilets, etc.
