Backstory is I may have a potential deal that more or less fell in my lap. Motivated seller, good area, and I think we are in the right ballpark price-wise (I'm going to talk with him again soon to find out for sure)....

Hello flippers,I've noticed that a lot of the flips in the area I'm looking at in San Diego (or the ones that appear to be flips) are listed with a price range instead of a fixed price.  

We both went to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. 

Who knows if that will burst with San Francisco (where I live).

I just met with a great Commercial RE agent which will now help me on my "first" offer & probable purchase -> seeking a 21 units apt complex here in San Antonio.My next team member will be a financial advisor to guide me with Financing, Taxes and 401K usage impact (withdraw & penalties).I'm shooting for a possible purchase in the summer timeframe !
