No fireplaces, wood stoves or fire pits.

The house has beautiful hard wood floors that have been severely scratched because her children's 3 twin beds are scraping the finish off the floor.  

He did much of the framing for walls, and finish details such as the reclaimed barn wood.

It would not have been a big deal if they were to have notified us before they sent their handyman to the hardware store and charged us $55 labor + materials (1 wood post/1 plastic mailbox) to put a new mailbox in the already existing hole. 2.

I should also mention that I have sometimes gone back to the original hard wood and re-finished it in some of my buildings.

I am writing this from my fully wood-paneled sunroom office ... no way I'm taking down this paneling! 

Complete new kitchen remodel with all new appliances, 2 new bathroom remodels, refinished hard wood floors, new interior paint in the entire house, new carpet and laminate flooring for kitchens and baths, landscaping, etc.
