I know it will be a busy 9 months filled with excitement and growth as I have a goal to close on 4 RV Parks.  

Initial Walkthrough - Confirm the number of spaces, the general condition of the utilities at each space, the status of the home on each space (POH, TOH, vacant, RV, etc.) and the condition of the rest of the park and amenities (roads, clubhouse, office, pool, etc).

My business partner serves on the board of the Arizona MHCA and sits next to the attorney who's father wrote the laws and regulations for MH/RV parks in AZ, so we run our business in accordance with the law. 

Also depending on the laws/HOA in your area, a cheap RV or similar could work great in the driveway for your time there.

When people come to rent her place she heads out in an RV, sticking close to places with WiFi as she has a remote work job.

And because no one saw the extra fully permitted apartment (it had so much trash in it everyone overlooked it - although you'd think the seperate power pack and the fact all the permits are in public records one of the other investors would have spotted it!!)
