It included a review of our rental agreement, preparing and filing legal documents with the court, serving legal papers to the the tenant, representing us in court in front of the judge, and securing the services of the county sheriff to enforce the court order.So far, our real estate purchases have not required the services of a Real Estate Attorney because we work with a top notch Escrow Agent, a great Realtor, and a good Loan Officer.

@Jeff Petsche you do need to know where to buy in the LR metro area, some areas are better then others.1% is achievable also through e Turn Key provider. if you want TK talk to @Alex CraigIf you want to buy and do BRRRR then you need to be prepared to do it yourself and build team on the ground etc. which is going to take time, and commitment to know the market.

I was focusing my time on researching brokers, but decided that being prepared for the exam was more important because I want to go into interviews with confidence, not just a passing grade.But, like Ron said, it varies by location since each office in independently managed - and you really want to get along with who will be training and advising you.
