Have felt your pain!!

I live in Newtown, PA in Bucks County. 

She wanted damages for pain and suffering and medical bills equal to about $50k.Long story short my property insurance company initially settled for $25k but at the last minute they said they are no longer paying the claim because in my contract with the contractor, I placed a line in that states," The Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any claims or liability arising from the Contractor's work under this agreement".  

Having managed condos for investors, I can attest that they can be a major pain.

That hour plus drive depending on traffic can be a real pain .

Has anyone had success in real estate after filing bankruptcy or going through a debt relief program?

Well, I don't have much advice, but I feel your pain.

I made this mistake early on (telling people I was the owner) and will forever feel the pain from it.

Stripping the floor can be a pain, especially since it's been a long time.
