I got rid of security deposits and have never had a damage issue- If there is a situation like a travel nurse coming into town and they want a 3 month lease I usually charge $750 a month for a unit that would normally rent for $625, but all fees still apply. - Typically I can fill a vacancy within 5 days to 3 weeks.
