I am from West palm beach, FL.

I'm currently launching a crowdfunding site geared towards residential development projects in West Palm Beach, FL and I could definitely use some insight from someone who has experience investing on multiple platforms. 

I have tough skin.Well, I ultimately want to house hack my way to "doing deals on the beach" (I say that figuratively, lol).

So, I’ve been running scenarios on properties (3-5/day) and driving neighborhoods near me attempting to learn the area.But I’m in Myrtle Beach.

Hey BP Family,So I've found my first deal in the Long Beach area that I think would work great as a AirBnb property.

Anyone have more details on West Palm Beach Florida or Palm Beach County?

im giving up a lot of my time ,learning ,reading ,networking to the point that i ll feel confident that i can do it full time .im a real estate agent in Miami beach for 4 years now but i want to invest because i see a lot of potential. for example right now i came across a good deal but the time that im spending figure it out if its worth it or not and how to do the deal ...someone might jump on it and then it will be too late .right now im looking for a sample of wholesale contract ...any help ?

My area of interest would be single family home rentals in the Chesapeake/Virginia Beach area.

NW of Beach and 5 mile is:$70k with Garage or bsmt$75k with Garage and Bsmt$65k without garage or bsmt3 bed; 1/1.1 bath; 950-1150 sq ft
