I am new to real estate investing. I am interested in real estate because uncomfortable with the volatility of the stock market. I would like to invest for my retirement in about 15 years. My area of interest would be single family home rentals in the Chesapeake/Virginia Beach area. The first thing I would like to do is assemble a team. Can anyone make any recommendations for a real estate agents, contractors/handymen, CPA's, lawyers, insurance agents, and property managers in this area?
