I have also had past owners turn over the house like they sold it to someone.. house clean swept carpets nice.. keys on the island all manuals in the drawers etc... and of course everything in between.

In one of the real estate offices though I saw a huge map of south Florida on the wall and noticed a series of little islands, it looked so serene, little islands all by themselves cut off from the busy crowded main highways.

He doesn't like the  business but he does like nice vacations, private schools, college graduate kids with no debt, winters in the islands, and knowing he doesn't really have to worry if he wants something he can get it.  

Too cold for my southern blood these days, but I enjoy being from Long Island.

My daughter has 51 Rhode Island Reds raised from chicks, starting to lay, & we need to downsize.

If you turned left at corner, see small corner pasture, 50 tree fruit orchard (wifey and I planted ALL 50) AND did Deer wire all around it, and then our pond/lake we developed with an Island in the center and then more pastures and trees.
