I'd recommend looking at some additional strategies that we post about in the marketplace.

The compensation you outlined in the post sounds reasonable, but you'll need to talk with the broker since from my understanding they would have the final say.

@Torianne Baley...I'm speaking as an experienced mortgage broker in CA, but what concerns me is it seems per your posting that your running into many private money lenders offering 100% financing.
