Hello everyone, I am currently about to graduate High School this year and for about three months now I have been deeply invested in Real Estate.

However, the high purchase price is a concern.

I went to their website and the price is still too high compared to what my friend in Canada is paying.

If your asking amount is too high for a particular applicant, the Housing Authority may ask if you would be willing to adjust your rent to fall within the required numbers for that applicant. 

in all practical matter you can not.in these highly competitive market and if you live in super competitive market, you should maintain high w2 salary and your spouse too.the theory of using dscr or other type of loan without w2 is possibly only in midwest market but in long term the trend would change as well.

I also recommend not getting a washer dryer with a bunch of electronics, I only get ones with dials, unless you have a high end unit that requires a higher end set of appliances.

Existing locations are going for too high of a premium.I have looked at Boise before.

The special assessment seems high in general, so which building it is would help provide some insight into why and what you gain from it etc.

I’ll still come out with a good profit, but to sell a, sometimes, high cash flowing SFH with a 3.75% rate also seems crazy.TIA!
