@Christopher Broussard, Unfortunately, I can only provide advise as to Illinois as I am not familiar with the nuances of how property works in Illinois.

@Scott Steffek that may be perfect I have a seller I'm working with that has a 5/2 2500 sq ft home that are looking to sell quickly in Goodland but I have no buyers in the area and I'm not very familiar with it.

@Chris Marshall Nobody can give you advice on this unless they are familiar with that specific property, values for the area, and knows for certain what the planning department is going to allow.

For people familiar with the pockets, what you should do is outline the streets/areas you like and then follow everything that comes on the market/sells.

My advice will be to learn the technicality and develop a lot of good skills such as communicate, sell the idea, good analyzing properties, get familiar with your farm (neighborhood) where you are planning to work and more.Jose Hooker-GomezREA Florida
