Except for the evictions, the homelessness, the physical and emotional stresses on the tenants, the social problems associated with rootlessness, the cost to the local community and state when people who were paying their own way suddenly can't afford food or medicine...these are just some of the results of housing insecurity.  

If I ran my business with personal emotions or if it was someone I truly was indebted to I would.

People tend to have an (understandable) emotional connection to their home and often feel more autonomous when they own it.

I don't believe in getting myself emotional trying to collect money that cannot be collected.

First reading your question I thought tenant was going to say she's building a greenhouse or some insulated contraption for a school...no.Bottles with sugar syrup attract ants and bugs.As I read your response maybe she has an emotional hoarder problem or no vehicle to transport the bottles.

I dont target any specific arena in terms of what "particular type" I buy, I buy with a specific mindset and discipline, avoiding things such as restaurants, "fad based businesses", franchises, and the likeness. 

I was excited about acquiring the properties but kept my emotions in check.

I tend to be way to generous with friends and family and I'd like to take the emotion out of it.

It won’t fix bad spending habits or lack of discipline.
