There is a chance the interest rate may be a little higher so the bank can recover more profit on the low value of the loan.I will also say, on what I hear on podcasts about NYC, where are you seeing duplexes for under $75k?

On top of that, you should have a larger pool of prospects to choose from at $750, which increases your chances of finding a high quality tenant.I hope that made sense.Good luck!

I would think that from the get-go the fact that you are putting in an inspection contingency when offering on REO properties would hurt your chances of an accept offer.
