US Leads List. 

My initial thought was if I go to the listing agent they will get a greater commission playing duel agent, now I'm wondering if that leaves me with no one looking out for me.My most pressing question: tomorrow I have 3 appointments with 3 different listing agents at 3 different properties.

Could anyone share information regarding obtaining a list of pre-foreclosures in York County, SC?

We are in the process of removing the occupants, and plan to list it as-is hopefully by the end of September.  

Most recently, I have started a Real Estate Photography business (robquinnphotography.com) helping agents, property managers, landlords and builders market their sale and rental listings with high quality photography. 

. , I understand from this and the list of tax treaty that israel tax residents will get taxed 25% on dividends.

I would also like to build my contact list for lenders and contractors.Any information or advice that I can get would be appreciated.William.

Bought this house ONLY because it was listed as a 4 Bedroom, 2 and a half Bath:(

This is the sort of situation where it would be best to ALREADY have your List of Buyers - not try to find them afterwards!

If I can subdivide I will be able to put up two houses that I will plan to list in high $500k to low $600s each (smaller lots and smaller homes but new).Thank you.
