Would love to connect with someone familiar with the area to learn about the market as well as costs of renting beach properties. 

My agent is showing the ropes on the math from purchase price to the ARV and the difference of the cost in between and also I have a friend who’s a millionaire who does fix and flips mentoring me the way as well.

Holiday weekends in my area brings in many tourists as well and often times I can connect with those potential buyers when pairing the new listing with an open house.~ Lindsey

How do you all think this will impact prices in the triangle as well as all the new construction surrounding it?

We spent well over $10,000 on repairs and still fixing.

All you need is a team, :) Well and money LOL,  Lol, money I have, the team is the roadblock.

If you need design and renovation work, we are in that area as well!  

I could reject them because their credit score is a bit lower than my minimum qualification standards as well.

Several coats of clear poly (fast drying) Minwax seems the best value, Walmart has the best price as well.I usually give a floor a minimum of five coats as well.

I keep a running excel sheet going of market rents in my area as well.
