To me it does not matter if they are a wholesaler  or  an agent weather they are just starting or experiences its how they fit in the team or if they are willing to assist in building a team in there area .

I’d also say, (depending on your state) if your married, their debt goes against you weather they’re on the loan or not.

So while demand is also down right now, a lot of people are forecasting the cost of a new construction home to be higher in ~12 months because there just wont be much inventory.You should look at similar stats in your area if you haven't already.

Depends on which beach or which mountain :)I would prefer a VR location that is less seasonal, meaning you could keep it booked year round ... but again, depends on which beach (summer seasonal) or which mountain (winter seasonal) ... in my market either beach or mountain still have high seasons but could be used year round, and I think it has more to do with the weather than anything as it is fairly nice weather both places year round, that and close proximity to large population centers so folks can easily pop in for a long weekend anytime rather than hopping on a plane for a planned 2 week vacation.

You do NOT want your basement pipes to freeze, so you should also have, in addition to  basement heat, some electric pipe heat cables for the REALLY cold weather that I've heard about up your way...
