Hello I am Bruno,Been watching the biggerpockets podcast non stop for weeks now after researching how to make it in real estate.

There is so much info here that you could choke a hippo.I didn't read any books or watch videos, I just spent time here listening to all the folks doing it and jumped in.

But watch out, because when an introvert sets their mind to something. . .it's as good as done!  

Seeing that income direct deposited into my business account during the month and watching it increase.

If a wholesaler won't let the title company hold the deposit and let you get it back if the seller doesn't close than that is the kind of guy to watch out for.
