I think the challenge with this group of investors is they are taught from some guru who makes it sound like buying notes is the equivalent of going to the grocery store and picking an ice cream flavor (readily abundant and cheap).

I feel so bad for those in the hospitality/restaurant business.I went in to my favorite pastry store to get Lori a cro donut  Croissant/donut with maple topping  ( really for me) .

We also invest in multifamily properties with 10 or more units throughout the US and are looking at self storage and industrial warehouses or distribution centers.

You’ll save at least 10% off the bat and they’re really wonderful to work when compared to the more expensive, faceless big box store treatment too many new investors think they have to do deal with (of have their contractors deal with).
