Sorry but I’m not paying the fee as a buyer if I can use joe down the street for free. 

It is really just an IRA with a different business model that allows for investments outside of wall street.  

I have been seeing a lot of properties towards the end of south shore, with the same proximity to the lake front if not closer but a bit further from the golf courses and upcoming presidential center, more towards 79th street.

I'm a mechanical engineering student at the University of Kentucky with experience in managing properties near state street.
