I'm working on my first new construction project near Temple University.

We are currently living in one of the units renovating the others.Since we purchased the 4-plex, the universe has provided an opportunity for me to leave the military and I plan on pursuing real estate investing full time.

I am a senior University student, who truly is obsessed with real estate.I've read and listened to as much as possible on real estate in the past couple of years including topics such as syndication.

I transfer next year to a University and I was wondering how I can purchase a multifamily before I turn 20.

We're a nonprofit looking for a location in the north Charlotte/university/harrisburg/concord area. 

I am currently in my last semester of college at the University of Central Oklahoma where I am majoring in Business and Real Estate.

Crime definitely exists in and near the neighborhood, but one of the world's most prestigious universities (the University of Chicago) is also right there (in Hyde Park and Woodlawn).

I agree with what's been said already regarding it being a personal question with no universal "right" answer. 

We moved here (Charleston,WV) 2.5 years ago for my wife to attend Marshall University to get her doctorates in nurse anesthesia.
