We are thinking of buying an investment property in Puerto Rico and I would like to try to get a pre-approval before my trip there in October.

I am not interested in investing with anyone, just looking for some advice on how to scale without giving up too much cash flow.

Inspection period (I do not know PA), but in contracts there are typically options to get out through the inspection period and get your money back.

Is this typical? 

I was just curious if anyone invests in STR's in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Does anyone know if North Linden area in Columbus, Ohio a good place to invest in for long term in multi unit (6-unit) apartment buildings from growth and safety standpoint?
