Is that true, and could someone explain why?

Should you build something with separate structures, meters etc in an area where other true multi units exist your odds are better but its all so new so there isn't much data to go by. 

The old adage, "Buy low and sell high" is true, until it's not.

True, here in TX we have no state income tax.

I saved them from a $121,000 screwing.No, wholesalers have to find people who are either unaware of their home's true value or are so desperate to get out of a jam that they have to take a bad deal.

I have found that when you do your own work efficiently and/or your own contracting, the money you save from being attentive, knowing the true costs, and being ready to do what needs to be done yourself, if need be(or because you enjoy the type of work) is easily enough to cover improved materials.

Air BnB might be simpler than having a true roommate once we have our own home.

If the home is a true duplex, you will get 1 loan on the property.
