Are there any creative ways to use the equity?

For the bankruptcy properties, we contacted the trustee phone numbers on the website, however, they usually just replied to ask us to look for debtor's attorney.For short-sales, we searched the listing on zillow.com, but majority of them are off market.We used BP recommended realtor and asked if they can help with the properties we targeted, the realtor searched for a week of the foreclosure ones and get back to me that she believes she will not be the right partner.

For anyone who may have insight, I am curious if there are benefits that outweigh disadvantages or vise versa to obtaining an LLC when specializing in Wholesale.

I have only been looking at residential, single family, but today I found two commercial spaces (office) that would be a great fit for my growing day job business as a lactation consultant (currently operate just by doing home visits, but want a dedicated office space to see clients one day).

Curious to get some tips from folks that have a larger portfolio (say 50+ units or larger) across multiple MF buildings (so different acquisition dates, financing, etc.) and what software you use?

I'm looking for advice on this topic and also recommendations for companies that work in this space.
