He'd successfully removed an incorrect derogatory comment from 2 of the 3 credit reporting agencies, his internet source for his non-mortgage score happened to be reporting the 3rd (it was a car loan "late" payment, so perhaps his car loan FICO score being used is why it was lower than his mortgage score).So I am sure you will understand my skepticism when it comes to self-reported scores.

I began this approach by: - documenting every task that is done by my company - working with my assistant so she documents in fine detail how each task is conducted - (next step) is to organize the tasks into categories and create a table of contents - (then), Mind Map each task and organize the visual representation into a booklet.

Here's an article we wrote for BP a few months ago on the topic - https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/how-much-does-a-1031-exchange-cost.You'll always find each coast a little more expensive and generally companies who do fewer 1031s each year or who have other lines of business (which also causes a related party issue) will be more expensive than a dedicated QI practice.You can occasionally find a discount "internet exchange".

Using Jing to make videos of you doing the task have made training them very simple.The time difference is not an issue - they are used to working with people in the US so they know they need to be available during US working hours.We currently have 2 VAs - one to do the data entry and a second to return all calls to seller leads.

I prefer the desktop software as opposed to the online version, just because it allows me to have my data available anywhere my laptop might be (whether or not I have Internet access).I tend to upgrade every 3 years or so -- generally there aren't any updates so important or useful that having to update is necessary, and my accountant will support QB versions back 10 years.That said, I know a few people who use the online version and they like it...
