Hey BP family,   I am looking to connect with some general contractors in the Charlotte and north of Charlotte area, specifically by Lake Norman.

Backstory- My family and I live next to a widow who lost her husband almost four years ago, we reside in central WA.

Because of the location, this is permissible per county regulations, even though the residential neighbors are having a tough time with it.So, we have to move and convert our home into a STR (we cannot sell the property because it is 2 homes and an elderly family member lives in the other home and cannot move).  

Given your question however, I get the sense that this might be your first time managing a project like this and so would strongly advise that you connect with a General Contractor that you can trust as it will end up saving you a lot of time and money over doing it on your.

As for finding LP's, start out with family/friends who you trust to get the ball rolling/build your own credibility/experience.

Feel really strongly about this number, as the house next door sold for 175k 6 weeks ago.

As of 1/1/2023, Raleigh, with 125,421 single family residential units, had 37% of the Wake County total of 342,580.

Currently I reside with family in Toano and need to find a place to live. 

We currently have single family properties in Des Moines & Enumclaw but are looking to add properties in TN & OH.
