Basically I went through the HOA rules and regulations and no where in there does it prohibit signs (if it did they'd be breaking their own rules) but I spoke to the employees there today and they said they don't want any one else's signs posted up I don't believe this is a rule this is just something they want.

You will also spend a lot of time talking with people about different options and then pricing them out detailed and itemized and then they tell you they expected a $5,000 job and not $25,000 - you just wasted two days for $0.Personally I would do this: Free estimates are a verbal range only and I would strictly limit my time to 30 minutes on site.

The way it will work is  we will have all say so of who comes in & out of our house, guidelines and regulations, and there would be no outside party with overriding say on who comes, goes, and stays.

So I would know that although house rentals are not part of the regulation today, they are likely to be added in the future.
