Otherwise I'll stand by the statement that it is impossible to do an 80% LTV NOO cash out refi based on a new appraisal in a few months.What is possible is to do a 70% or 75% LTV NOO rate and term refi based on a new appraisal.

I don't have the short sale disclosure statement with me now, but the general purpose of it seemed to inform the seller that this could happen and that the title company cannot be held responsible in any way.As for the letter, here it is verbatim:"According to the above referenced creditor, you have an outstanding debt in the amount shown above.

To maximize my time, I'm planning submit my homeowner leads' financial statement info to a program in order to automatically calculate debt/income ratio, LTV etc. to qualify them for a short sale, loan mod, or other solutions.

If they starting getting all the income on the pay stubs, and have those for a few months, and have bank statement showing the money coming and going, and have a couple of years of tax returns showing the income, the broker should be willing to process the loan.

For those that are so fond of taking pot shots at our country I would invite you to renounce your citizenship and move to one of the other countries you think have it much better than we do.I am all for concern and wanting to make our country better, but flailing your arms and making blanket statements about the world coming to an end are ridiculous and don't help at all.

Now with everyone knowing that AP is "story central" they feel that they dont even have to make that statement anymore.And when I said even here about the errors, I was not speaking about the business side, just the political side.
