As they sell loans to Fannie/Freddie, they replenish their "warehouse line" through "spot bond prices" that are published daily at Fannie/Freddie's site.

My question is on the standard CA purchase agreement, there are spots where it asks for printed name and signature.

Of course, we're so spoiled that we have to buy them from the best spots in the city....

The RE agents told me to put down a small amount of money ($1K - $5K) to hold a spot of the unit I wanted.

i was told by a Rehab/Hard Money lender that in order to refi after the rehab is complete i will need a score of over 700...and they advised me to move my current 4 rental multi family properties into an LLC and that will put me in a better spot personally to refi out of Hard money...my current scores are 690 665 and 664...by moving my rental properties out of my name it will decrease my debt but also lower my incomei will be consulting my attornery and cpa but wanted to throw this out there to see if anyone here has done this or any advice...thanks

Daniel,I think your points are spot on.

You find the dents my shining a spot light down the side and looking for the shadows and circling them with a red piece of chalk for you adjuster when they come out.

I was figuring I should include myself as a renter, because if I wasn't living in there then somebody else would be, and that person would have to pay rent....so why should I be any different if i occupied that spot.
