- If I understand that correctly, then I wonder if the increase value offsets the cost paid out to split the parcels up.One last thought would whether there are any underlying benefits to keeping it as one parcel, such as city regulations, etc.- I had a conversation once in my owner's rep day job about new construction of a commercial building on its own parcel adjacent to another parcel owned by the same owner.

If you're lucky enough to find an interested seller, you will need to have the tools to quickly analyze the deal, understand if the sellers motivation to sell, pain points if any, and genuinely see if you can provide them with a quick exit strategy.

.; many RE investors have comparatively longer time horizons, and I would assume that most RE investors have a lower tolerance for risk).I'm a RE investor, and don't have any crypto, but I have plenty of friends who hold a lot of crypto, and we've discussed crypto endlessly...At the risk of sounding like a luddite, even after years of discussions and reading countless articles, I still don't feel like I have a good understanding of crypto. ...and frankly, I'm skeptical of people who claim to have a thorough understanding of it (yet, there are no shortage of self-proclaimed "experts" who describe crypto with the confidence of someone predicting a sunrise!)
