(I told her I'd sign it once she takes care of the problems to make it acceptable to live in) I am now moving out just after 4 months of terror.Here is my next major issue; I gave my landlord my 30 days notice the moment I found out we were moving into my fiance's parent's house, which is being passed down.

Meaning you may have to build up cash since you pay by cash.Also, you can also put your numbers side-by-side to see what may be the better buy, given that all things are equal with the SFR verses MFR (ie rent, taxes, other expenses).With that said, this seems to hinge on if you "want to" or "can be" out of the cash  you would typically use to buy.I leverage at the moment because I don't have cash to buy knowing that I will need cash for the next deal.

For some context, I lost my professionalism for a moment and told a dude to "F___ off and don't call me again" because he was FLAGRANTLY trying to commit mortgage fraud, with 100% certainty, in a way that would have lost me my license when (not if, when) discovered. ....my employer paid HIM hush money.
